For those who missed the Chicago Auto Show held at The McCormick Place in beautiful downtown Chicago, here are just a few highlights of the show. The Chicago Auto Show, started with an early showing for media Feb. 12-13 2015 only a 2 day event. Media Day, started with a buffet style breakfast and then immediately went into unveilings and conferences of the old to the new, every half hour there was something new to see and learn about. From our favorite car to your soon to be new favorite car there was also a cocktail reception held for the Media in attendance and a special charity ball fund raiser.
However, to keep all the media connected to the world of social media and everything internet, Chevy so graciously, provided Wi-Fi for the devices in need. Not only was there Wi-Fi , there was a hash tag (#CAS15) as well as a website (www.chicagoautoshow.com) for all the internet and social media savvy. How could I forget about the app that was available for free at the App Store and Google's Play Store to claim a free commerative Chicago Auto Show 2015 cup. When visitors, came to the Chicago Auto Show Feb. 14-18 they came for the many cars, trucks, and SUVs to see who updated, what got discontinued and what company took it to the next level of comfort and convience for the consumer. Well there was no short of any of that ! The Italian made FIAT, small, cute, and made for the driver that is looking to smile everyday, held its own by being hand made to the consumers liking, the Italians understand how much an American loves their cars. CADILLAC took no short cuts on their 2015 ESCALADE, providing Wi-Fi wireless charger and 4 ports for charging or connecting devices with a USB port. CADILLAC, added a new meaning to "sit shotgun" by adding massaging seats for the driver and your special "shot gun rider".

PORSCHE, the luxurious car made famous by FAST & THE FURIOUS movie star Paul Walker has a new TARGUS (TARGUS 4 to be exact ). PORSCHE provides the same great style and driving experience that it has for years. While it is said, "that this may be the last of the TARGUS series, no worries when you have the BOXSTER, CAYMAN 911, PANAMERA 918 SPYDER, MACAN, and the cute and sporty small SUV CAYENNE . FORD, has made some big changes as well by rebuilding the MUSTANG made famous by Hollywood movie stars Pam Grier and Johnny Depp who both drove different versions of the MUSTANG in their film and television series, the company has made changes from the ground up, changing the dashboard on the loved FORD F 150 truck. No more of that confusion with the dashboard everything is now in the place that FORD thinks it should be and more convient for the driver. The F 150 got stronger and lighter all at the same time. F 150 went from hauling 1,100 to 1,200. FORD, still has a steel made body with 3 times thicker alumina, which made F 150 lighter, but even more FORD tough !
For TOYOTA lovers, TOYOTA is doing big things like for the NASCAR fans they signed a new driver (keep a look at during the season and see who has a new TOYOTA ) the race car is also a TOYOTA. The HIGHLANDER, loves with the family of 5 or just like a roomie vehicle this the Cross over SUV for you. HIGHLANDER , comes as a hybrid. For the fun side of TOYOTA they made a Sponge Bob.

However, TOYOTA didn't stop there they have a SPONGE BOB wrap and a new drive from NASCAR. The VOLKSWAGEN BEETLE is a little wider and each car kind of has its own personality. The BEETLE, is very roomie and consumers would be surprised in how much room this cute and fun car has. This was just a few highlights to the many fabulous and fun cars that were at the Chicago Auto 
Show. If you missed out this time around make sure you go next year for the 2016 Chicago Auto Show, please wear comfortable clothes, and shoes there is a lot of walking and a ton of fun things to do.
