"Tragedy struck the Bailey Family, a few days ago shortly after Demario Bailey, a 15 year old Johnson College Prep School student was fatally shot and killed during an attempted robbery in one of Chicago's toughest, controversial and well publicized neighborhoods the Englewood Community, located on the south side of Chicago whose minority of residents are known for their peculiar behavior, the incident happened at 63rd & State Street. Demario Bailey died protecting his twin brother from the robbery attempt. Another teenager Carlos Johnson has been charged along with 3 other assailants with the alleged robbery attempt and death of 15 year old Demario Bailey by Chicago Police, the teen reportedly robbed someone else prior to attempting to rob the Bailey Brothers. Demario Bailey was a good kid who attended one of Chicago's Public Schools that had his life taken away from him by a single gun shot fired in the chest Carlos Johnson and three others were apprehended by Chicago Police for attempting to rob Demario Bailey of his coat and cell phone leaving his family to mourn their loss after a robbery attempt made by one of the teenagers Carlos Johnson along with 3 other assailants who were charged with attempting to rob the Bailey Brothers and murder Demario Bailey who died a hero saving his twin brother's life. Johnson College Prep School formerly called Walter Reed Elementary and earlier Sullivan is located near Antioch Missionary Baptist Church and Saint Bernard Hospital it is an area that has seen its share of homicides and other hideous crimes, it once was prime breeding ground for some of the toughest gangs reigning in that area back in the 1980's and 1990's. Union Pacific Railroad Company, has made plans to give that area a selected makeover and transform it into a different transportation outlet.
